A Personal Testimony… Encouraging Perseverance

Here we are three weeks into the New Year and for many of us, we are still in the Deep Cold of Winter. “As the Days Grow Longer, the Cold Grows Stronger!” Br-r-r-r But this cold weather does give us more time to think about change.

So how are you and your family doing with your New Year’s Resolutions?

Have you been working on a more routine lifestyle? Encouraging regular exercise among the troops and keeping up the family Prayer time?

Please don’t let me sound like I’m insinuating that these things aren’t already in place in your family…but I do know that I’ve never seen a family that doesn’t need strengthening in some particular area. So, it is my sincere hope to encourage you once again.

I don’t usually like to bring my family life into the Social Media lime-light; but today, because I’m trying to encourage all the families reading this blog and listening to my Podcasts; I’m going to break my own rules and post a family picture. I will post it because I want you to see my joy and the fruits of my labor to this date in time.

When I was a young mother, I would get so very tired. The sleepless nights, the never-ending laundry (and I always used cloth diapers). The gardening and canning, school events (before we started homeschooling), one thing after another that drained my energy. You know the scenario, right?

Well, for whatever reason, I was given the grace to pray for perseverance.

I prayed for perseverance because I knew that I needed it! I so easily get bored and desire change, that I knew if not for the grace of God….I would never be able to do my daily duties ….every day, day in and day out, week after week, month after month, etc!

So, I will show you a glimpse of my wonderful life! The life that perseverance and fortitude has granted to me and my family. Of course, this is not the end of the story, it is only the beginning of many new stories!

It is truly amazing what God can and will do for us, if we desire His will.

And how you are doing with the Medicine Cabinet?

Are you making progress? Again. Perseverance. Never give up. If you are inspired by grace to make changes, please respond to that grace and make the changes in your home needed so that you have on hand those natural items you may need for illness or injury.

Let me end with this personal note as well: If you are reading this, and you’ve been inspired to learn about homeopathy and other Natural Health remedies….I believe with all my heart that God has given you very special grace. And I suspect He has much more in mind for you and your family in the future. Keep up the good work!

May God Bless You and Yours,
Sue Meyer

Homeoprophylaxis and A Chat with Young Mothers

At a class this past week, while teaching about Homeoprophylaxis, (The use of homeopathic Nosodes to immunize the body against disease) I had the opportunity to meet several new families, even two dads came to learn about options for their families. As I commented that I was very impressed about daddies joining the mix, one dad said, “Well, I figured this would be too much for her (while pointing and smiling to the mother of his children) to explain to me, so here I am!”

So, here are nearly twenty little families being represented at a meeting to learn a whole new way of life for their children. I must say, I was impressed. Remember, I’m 55 years old now. I have raised, nearly to grown, eleven beautiful children, and am grandma to almost 31 souls. I have been committed to homeopathy and natural… everything, since the day it was introduced to me….but I didn’t live in this world!

Laws are becoming stricter. The media is being used to herd the masses. Family members are rarely any longer supportive of decisions made that are contrary to main stream thought….

My heart aches for these little families.

I was however, encouraged to see so much spark and determination in the eyes of these parents, so wanting to do what is best and good for their little ones!

The way that the young fathers took an interest and interacted with their wives…as if to say, “Yeah, Honey, this is definitely a different way of doing things, but it makes sense, and when something simply makes sense…there must be truth! Let us raise a healthy family away from modern thinking and pharmaceuticals!”

Yes, I was very honored to sit in a room with so many young hearts full of this determination and intelligence. I came away feeling really good about the job that God has surely led me into. And I am very proud of the way that so many families are responding.
I know that Homeopathy and Natural medicine will never be the easy road; but I do believe that it is the right road. And quite honestly, the only road to real health and true happiness. Because the mind cannot grasp the concept of drugs and suppressants, because that is not God’s way, it is man’s way.

True health and vitality come from within. It is man reaching to his Creator for guidance and security; and then his Creator hands back to him all the good things of earth. This is perfect harmony. This is truth.

Thank You, Dear young families for thinking for yourselves. For caring enough about your little ones to think outside the pharmaceutical box. For not looking to your neighbor for validation. Thank you for being the strong, intelligent souls that I believe God has created to populate the earth with true health and happiness.

It is an honor and a privilege to be a part of something so wonderful.

Thank You, and I pray that God will continue to Bless You and Yours,

Sue Meyer
