I want to talk about the importance of the Types of Oil that we eat.

Let's start with Fish oil.

This is one of the most important foods that you need in your diet.

Fat / Oil = Energy

Without the proper food oils, your body will be depleted in every area. The oils are what contain the amino acids and fatty chain Omegas that link the peptides all working as carriers of nutrients to feed every cell of the body.

When asked about taking Supplements, I always tell people; that I don’t encourage taking anything that isn’t just good food.

It’s important to understand that supplements are just that. Supplements. We need to make sure that we are getting our nutrition by eating good, wholesome, organically grown and minimally processed foods.

However, on those occasions that the need for supplements is a reality; like when the immune system is in a compromised condition, during times of illness or stress, and there is a real need….please be sure that the supplements that you take are pure, natural and of the highest quality.

Many folks don’t realize that most supplements come in a very concentrated form that tends to be hard on the kidneys, that is if the body can digest them in the first place; this is why natural food herbs combined for a specific purpose to take when needed or in colloidal form are an effective way to get supplemental help when needed.

One of the very best and nutritious foods we can consume is Fish. The whole fish.

Fish Oil

The Fish used for Fish Oil/Natural Omega 3 comes from deep ocean waters, not farm-raised fish. There is a special purification process that is used to remove the mercury and also to ensure there are high levels of fish oil purity and concentration.  This ensures it will pass the stringent standards of the Global Organization for EPA and DHA Omega-3 Voluntary Monograph.

Fish oil is wonderful for providing omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA that help support a healthy heart. There is also some supportive, but not conclusive research, which shows that consumption of EPA and DHA omega-3 fatty acids may also reduce the risk of coronary heart disease.

Fish Oil is a convenient and safe way to get your omega-3 fatty acids EPA and DHA.

Fish oil is an excellent supplement for anyone that does not get a well rounded variety of Omegas…especially for expectant women and children still growing and forming.

May God Bless You and Yours,

Sue Meyer
